Job Description:

Seeking a detail-oriented and proactive contractor to manage live shopping events across multiple categories. This role will involve a range of project management duties, from planning and execution to data tracking and reporting. The ideal candidate will directly support the Client's Live producers and programming Lead to ensure smooth production and successful event delivery.

  • Project Management: Oversee project planning, data gathering, analysis, development, and implementation. Track project status, monitor progress, and ensure timely follow-up with all stakeholders.
  • Program Coordination: Assist in scheduling, planning, and executing weekly and special live shopping events. Collaborate with category managers, sellers, and hosts to ensure alignment on product listings, programming requirements, and event details. Maintain and manage event calendars for seamless communication and updates.
  • Production Support: Provide support for live event production, including pre-event technical checks, live troubleshooting, and post-event reviews. Collaborate with technical teams to ensure smooth streaming and high-quality audiovisual production. Assist in setting up RTMP connections and managing studio configurations.
  • Seller and Host Coordination: Support onboarding for new sellers and hosts, ensuring they have the necessary tools and resources for live events. Help coordinate host matching and gather feedback to improve future events.
  • Content and Marketing Support: Partner with cross functional teams such as brand, creative, marketing and social to complete programming briefs in support of programming campaigns. Organize post-event reports highlighting key metrics and takeaways.
  • Data Tracking and Reporting: Monitor and report on performance metrics such as GMV, viewer engagement, and buyer retention. Compile data for internal reports to evaluate program success and identify areas for improvement. Assist in developing best practices based on event feedback and performance insights.
