StevenDouglas has been engaged to seek a Senior Financial Analyst with specific industry experience in Austin, Texas. This role is working in a hybrid capacity.

In this role, you will be responsible for providing the financial analysis, reporting, and strategic insights to support business decisions and drive financial performance of the Marketing organization. This role involves detailed financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis to help the organization achieve its financial goals.

Responsibilities

• Business partner to the marketing and sales organization to support monthly results and quarterly forecasts
• Maintain general ledger accuracy - including but not limited to: AR/AP coding process, monthly reconciliation and reclassification of expenses, general ledger department structure modifications.
• Identifying financial status by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts
• Guiding cost analysis process by establishing and enforcing policies and procedures, providing trends and forecasts, explaining processes and techniques, and recommending actions
• Working cross functionally to provide financial models and forecasting

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of finance experience
• CPG industry experience
