Job Description

Position Summary:

Join a collaborative team in a manufacturing lab focused on synthesizing and testing ion exchange media used in chromatography consumables. Perform hands-on laboratory work, analyze data, and support production processes while ensuring high-quality standards and safety compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Test and qualify resin products using specialized instruments.
• Accurately record, report, and analyze test results.
• Complete production work-orders following established procedures.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe laboratory environment.
• Adhere to ISO 9001, EH&S, and corporate quality policies.

Requirements:

• 1+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment; bachelor’s in Chemistry or Biotechnology preferred.
• Knowledge of Good Laboratory and Manufacturing Practices (GLP/GMP).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to read SOPs, follow instructions, and work independently.
• Hands-on lab experience preferred; familiarity with chromatography software is a plus.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift/move up to 40 lbs.
• Regularly stand, walk, use hands, and handle lab tools.
• Specific vision abilities required (close vision, color vision, focus adjustment).
• Exposure to chemicals, fumes, and moderate noise levels; PPE provided.

Non-Negotiable Criteria:

• Compliance with GMP, QSRs, ISO, and IVD regulations.
• English literacy (reading, writing, comprehension).
• Basic math skills and knowledge of Word, Excel, and Outlook.
