  • Develop tradeshow graphics, point-of-purchase displays, and plan-o-grams.
  • Design innovative and functional packaging across multiple outdoor product categories.
  • Prepare accurate, print-ready files with attention to die lines, specs, and quality standards.
  • Produce original iconography to support packaging, product graphics, and marketing efforts.

  • 0–2 years of design experience.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop).
  • Strong portfolio that demonstrates creative ability and technical skills.

Senior-Level:

  • 5+ years of professional design experience, ideally in consumer products or outdoor/lifestyle brands.
  • Proven expertise in packaging design, branding, and print production.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills (senior candidates may mentor junior staff).

Bonus Skills

  • Experience with 3D software such as Blender, Adobe Dimension, or similar.
  • Knowledge of outdoor industry trends and consumer preferences.

Benefits

Westfield Outdoors® offers a competitive compensation package, with pay based on experience and qualifications.

To Apply
