Job Description

The Senior Lending Assistant position is responsible for conducting the administrative functions of the agricultural and commercial loan department. Duties of the position include, but are not limited to: 

• Perform all loan processing, servicing and reporting functions. Accurately prepare loan documents and disbursements as directed by loan officer. 
• Enter and maintain all loan data on core processor. Ensure the proper documentation is collected and maintained for all loan requests.
• Prepare various departmental and core processor reports as required. Prepare board reports as assigned. 
• Ensure consistency of loan documentation, processes, procedures and use of loan documentation processor to ensure uniform adoption and application across all branch locations. 

A high school diploma or equivalent is required. Organized, detail-oriented individuals with three or more years of banking experience is required.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to demonstrate initiative, diligence, and strong organizational skills. 

Compensation details: 55000-68000 Yearly Salary
