🚀 Senior Manager, Global Procurement Finance – Analytics & AI Focus

Location: Northbrook, IL

Hybrid Role | Pay Range: $120,000 - $150,000

🧠 What You’ll Do

• Be the AI & Stats Guru : Apply machine learning, predictive modeling, and statistical analysis to procurement data. Spot trends, forecast outcomes, and drive cost savings with precision.
• Own the Analytics Roadmap : Lead the charge in evolving our analytics tech stack. Evaluate tools, manage RFPs, and ensure we’re ahead of the curve in predictive and prescriptive analytics.
• Wrangle Complex Data : Work with large, messy datasets and make sense of it all. Clean, verify, and enrich our data with external sources to benchmark performance and uncover opportunities.
• Visualize & Communicate : Use Power BI and Excel to build dashboards and visualizations that make complex insights digestible for stakeholders across the business.
• Manage Tech & Vendors : Oversee procurement analytics platforms and software vendors. Ensure KPIs are met and relationships are productive.
• Report What Matters : Deliver high-impact analytics for executive meetings. Own the savings pipeline reporting and validation process.

🧰 What You Bring

• 7+ years as an analyst in procurement, supply chain, or finance.
• Deep experience with large datasets and advanced statistical analysis.
• Strong technical chops: Power BI, Excel (advanced), Python, machine learning.
• Critical thinking and storytelling skills-make the data speak.
• Experience managing third-party software vendors and implementations.
• A hands-on, sleeves-up attitude. You’re a doer, not a delegator.

🎓 Education

• Bachelor’s in Finance required
• Master’s preferred
