The Opportunity: Seeking a Senior Construction Superintendent with deep experience managing multifamily projects from ground-up construction to final handover. You’ll lead the onsite execution of large-scale developments, collaborate cross-functionally, and guide teams with clarity and urgency.
Your Role:
- Manage daily onsite operations for multifamily construction projects
- Ensure quality control, schedule adherence, and budget compliance
- Lead subcontractor coordination and safety enforcement
- Communicate project milestones to internal teams and clients
- Mentor junior staff and contribute to a culture of accountability

You Bring:
- 5+ years as a Superintendent, with proven results in multifamily construction
- Strong command of schedules, budgets, safety, and field operations
- Ability to motivate crews and communicate with internal and external stakeholders
- Familiarity with Procore, Buildertrend, or similar platforms is a plus
Job Type: Full-time
- Pay: $120,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
