The Tax Senior Associate will prepare and first‑level review complex partnership, S-Corp, some trusts and individual returns, with heavy exposure to real‑estate & construction entities. A perfect role for a self‑starter seeking rapid growth.
· Prepare federal and state partnership, S‑corp, trusts and individual returns; calculate partner capital accounts
· Generate and distribute Schedule K‑1s, ensuring accurate allocations and basis tracking
· Assist with depreciation schedules, cost‑segregation data, and fixed‑asset roll‑forwards
· Perform tax research and draft memos on routine issues
· Interact directly with clients to request information and clarify data
· Mentor junior staff and interns; review their work for accuracy
Requirements:
· 3–5 years of public‑accounting tax experience; CPA or CPA‑track
· Hands‑on experience preparing pass-through entities & high-net worth individuals
· Proficiency with CCH Axcess or similar software
· Interest in real‑estate and construction taxation
· Strong organizational skills and ability to juggle multiple deadlines
