Senior Full Stack Web Developer - React

We are seeking an experienced React Web Developer with a strong foundation in front-end development and a passion for building high-quality user interfaces. The ideal candidate will bring a collaborative mindset, technical excellence, and a commitment to delivering exceptional digital experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable features using React.js
• Build reusable and maintainable components with React Hooks and modern JavaScript practices
• Collaborate with designers to implement pixel-perfect UI based on Figma mockups
• Manage application state using Redux, Context API, or comparable tools
• Integrate frontend components with RESTful and GraphQL APIs
• Optimize applications for speed, accessibility, and responsiveness across devices
• Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve issues across various browsers and screen sizes
• Work closely with engineering, design, and product teams in an Agile environment
• Write clean, well-tested code with unit and integration test coverage
• Participate in architectural discussions and contribute to front-end scalability initiatives

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience developing modern web applications
• At least 3 years of production-level experience with React.js
• Comprehensive understanding of React.js and the contemporary JavaScript ecosystem
• Demonstrated expertise in building performant, accessible, and responsive interfaces
• Strong grasp of browser behavior, optimization techniques, and debugging tools
• Proficiency in Git-based workflows and Agile development methodologies
• A proactive, ownership-driven approach to feature development and deployment
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills in cross-functional teams
• Experience working in fast-paced, iterative development environments
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience

Compensation:

Salary Range: $150,000 – $210,000 (final offer based on experience and expertise).

Discretionary bonus.
