Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in service department operations
• 1+ years of experience in parts operations a plus
• Strong technical knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems
• Basic financial and budgetary understanding
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license required

This individual will be responsible for overseeing service processes, driving profitability, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate has experience in service and parts operations, strong leadership skills, and a hands-on approach to problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead daily service department operations to maximize productivity and customer satisfaction
• Support development and execution of departmental goals and budgets
• Drive service and parts sales while maintaining cost controls
• Schedule work assignments and supervise service team
• Ensure warranty and product improvement claims are submitted accurately and on time
• Maintain tools, equipment, and mobile service vehicles
• Promote a culture of safety and continuous improvement
• Assist with recruiting and staff development
• Coordinate customer events and marketing efforts for service offerings
• Review work orders and handle customer inquiries or complaints
