Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities
Responsible for the repair, maintenance and general operating condition of the slot machines
Responsible for safeguarding company assets at all times
Responsible for the installation and removal of slot machines
Keeps Casino Ops Tech Manager informed of any problems during shift
Adhere to the guest service requirement listed above
Adhere to the core value requirement listed above
Adhere to department and property policies and procedures
Job Tasks must be finished in a timely manner according to department standards
This is a uniformed position, which requires that team members are in compliance with uniformed appearance standards while on duty
Qualifications
Required Knowledge and Skills
Must be mechanically inclined
Excellent guest service skills
Good verbal and written communication skills
Must maintain the strictest confidence of any and all confidential information disclosed by an Ameristar entity
