Pay Information: $43 - $46 per hour

Role Overview

As a Senior Project Manager, you will guide creative teams in developing top-tier campaigns and content that boost brand voice and awareness. Your goal is to ensure the successful execution of complex projects while mentoring junior staff and refining project management processes. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to meet business objectives and strategic goals.

Day in the Life

• Lead multiple projects, ensuring timely and budget-friendly delivery.
• Mentor Junior Project Managers to enhance their skills and team culture.
• Collaborate to create campaigns that captivate and activate audiences.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation for consistency.
• Build partnerships to foster strategic business collaborations.

Your Qualifications

• Experience in Communications, Advertising, or Marketing Agency required.
• Strong proofreading skills with keen attention to detail.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software is required.
• Capable of working in high-paced, diverse environments.
• Strong communication skills across all organizational levels.
