Position Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Bilingual Recruiter & Staffing Coordinator to join our team in Cleona, PA. This role is essential to supporting our clients' staffing needs by managing recruitment efforts, coordinating onboarding, and ensuring compliance with internal and external requirements. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both English and Spanish and possess strong organizational and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all staffing operations to meet the workforce needs of our clients.
• Coordinate with job boards and other recruiting platforms to source and fill vacancies efficiently.
• Support screening, interviewing, and hiring processes.
• Facilitate new hire onboarding, including orientation and training schedules.
• Develop and manage employee shift schedules and job placements.
• Work with the payroll department to ensure accurate employee compensation.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations (EEO, safety, harassment, etc.).
• Maintain accurate and timely reports on staffing metrics and operational activities.
• Provide consistent and professional follow-up with clients regarding their staffing needs.
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure client expectations are met and exceeded.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a staffing coordinator or similar recruiting role (preferred).
• Bilingual (English and Spanish) required.
• Knowledge of employment laws and regulations (EEO, safety, harassment, etc.).
• Familiarity with staffing procedures and best practices, including GMP standards.
• Excellent organizational, time management, and leadership skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
• High level of reliability, discretion, and confidentiality.
• Customer service mindset and ability to build strong client relationships.

This position requires hands-on experience and a solid understanding of staffing operations in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
