MINIMUM 1 YEAR OF EXPERIENCE IN STAND-UP REACH FORKLIFT REQUIRED

Connect Staffing is building a waitlist for experienced Forklift Operators interested in future openings at an industrial bakery located in Bloomington, CA.

Shift: Monday to Sunday, 10:00pm - 6:30am, with possible overtime

Days vary – weekend availability is required

Requirements for the Stand-Up Reach Forklift Operator:

• Minimum 1 year of recent experience operating Stand-Up Reach forklifts
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform consistent physical labor
• Experience with other material handling equipment is a plus
• Bilingual English/Spanish
• Understanding of good cleaning practices and food safety standards
• Able to follow supervisor instructions and work with minimal supervision
• Previous experience as a Warehouse Operator, Dock Loader, Forklift Technician, Warehouse Associate, or Electric Forklift Driver is valued

Responsibilities of the Stand-Up Reach Forklift Operator:

• Load and unload containers using stand-up reach forklift
• Transport products to designated storage areas
• Manually unload and stack boxes following safe lifting practices
• Apply FIFO (First In, First Out) method in inventory handling
• Prepare orders according to production instructions
• Keep the work area clean and organized
