This is a long-term career opportunity for drivers who want stability, support, and growth in trucking.
Paid Training: $650 per week for 4–6 weeks
Solo Pay After Upgrade: $1,000–$1,400+ per week
Mileage Pay: $0.43–$0.51 CPM (based on experience)
Stop Pay: $15 per stop once solo
Pay Schedule: Weekly direct deposit
Most drivers upgrade to solo quickly after completing training requirements.

OTR Schedule: 12–14 days out with a 34-hour home reset
