Job Summary:

The Supplier Operations Analyst is responsible for managing supplier onboarding, maintaining supplier data integrity, and enhancing supplier relationships within the Global Procurement Operations team. This role supports seamless integration of suppliers into SAP/Ariba systems, provides troubleshooting expertise, and leads process optimization efforts. The analyst serves as a key liaison between suppliers and internal stakeholders, developing training and support resources while driving operational efficiency across procurement systems and processes.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate the onboarding of new suppliers into SAP and Ariba systems.
• Maintain accurate supplier master data and ensure data consistency across systems.
• Resolve supplier-related issues, including system and data discrepancies.
• Communicate directly with suppliers and internal teams to provide support and guidance.
• Identify and implement improvements to supplier management processes and tools.
• Act as a subject matter expert for supplier information management systems.
• Develop and deliver training materials and documentation to support internal users and suppliers.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with sourcing, procurement, and business teams to ensure alignment and efficiency in supplier-related operations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience in procurement or supply chain operations, ideally in a global or pharmaceutical environment.
• Experience with SLP, procurement operations, and systems administration preferred.
• Proficient in Ariba, SAP (including SAP Business Network), and SRM tools.
• Familiarity with supplier management systems such as DocuSign and Coupa.
• Strong skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Adobe Acrobat.
• Knowledge of SAP data structures, workflows, and configuration.
