As a Staffing Manager, you will play a key role in expanding our client base, building strong relationships, and ensuring our candidates are a perfect match for our clients' needs. This is a high-impact role with the opportunity to directly influence company growth and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and new clients
  • Proactively identify and anticipate client staffing needs
  • Consistently prospect, pursue, and secure new business opportunities
  • Source, screen, and match applicants' skill sets to client job requirements
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of staffing solutions
  • Maintain a deep understanding of client industries, business challenges, and hiring trends
  • Contribute to revenue growth by developing new accounts and expanding existing client relationships

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in staffing or recruiting (preferred)
  • College degree preferred (but not required)
  • Proven ability to develop business and grow client accounts
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as in a team environment
  • Goal-oriented with a strong drive for success
