As a Staffing Manager, you will play a key role in expanding our client base, building strong relationships, and ensuring our candidates are a perfect match for our clients' needs. This is a high-impact role with the opportunity to directly influence company growth and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and new clients
- Proactively identify and anticipate client staffing needs
- Consistently prospect, pursue, and secure new business opportunities
- Source, screen, and match applicants' skill sets to client job requirements
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of staffing solutions
- Maintain a deep understanding of client industries, business challenges, and hiring trends
- Contribute to revenue growth by developing new accounts and expanding existing client relationships
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in staffing or recruiting (preferred)
- College degree preferred (but not required)
- Proven ability to develop business and grow client accounts
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Goal-oriented with a strong drive for success
