📌 Job Opening: Technical Support Analyst (Contract to hire – 6 Months)

Location: On-site in Nashville, TN

Employment Type: Full-Time, Contract to hire (Approx. 6 Months)

Compensation: Starting at $38/hour

🖥️ About the Role

We’re seeking a skilled Technical Support Analyst to join a dynamic IT team and provide hands-on support for computer systems, networks, and telecommunications. This is a contract to hire position expected to last around 6 months , ideal for professionals who thrive in fast-paced environments and enjoy solving technical challenges.

🔧 Key Responsibilities

  • Install, troubleshoot, and maintain computer, network, and telecommunication systems
  • Support and train employees on software applications
  • Resolve hardware and software issues across the organization
  • Manage special technical projects and handle walk-up support requests
  • Maintain confidentiality and data integrity
  • Serve as primary backup for the IT Manager
  • Occasionally work outside normal business hours as needed
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures

📚 Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a related technical support role
  • Experience with Microsoft Windows 10, Windows server 2019, 2016, 2012, 2008 R2 editions, Linux Suse.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office 365 Products, 365 Powershell, Microsoft Active Directory administration, and Group Policy.
  • Familiarity with virtualization Hyper V, Failover Clusters, and SAN.
  • Experience in TCP/IP networking, topology, routing, and switching.
  • User account management across multiple platforms, data backup and recovery methods and applications, and software deployment.
  • Must have strong Customer Service, communication, and documentation skills.
  • Must be able to communicate well in person.
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle regular interruptions with daily schedule.
  • Industry certifications such as A+, Network+, MCP, MCSA, etc., preferred.
