Job Description

Our client, an investment firm, is looking for a temp to perm Administrative Assistant!

This is an ongoing temporary assignment starting asap, with the potential to go permanent down the line.

Location : Cincinnati, Ohio

This role will be mostly remote, working from 9am - 6pm.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer phones, manage calendars, schedule meetings - onsite and offsite - ensuring that meetings run smoothly from a logistics perspective
  • Handle travel arrangements, hotels, flights, cars, both international and domestic
  • Compile and submit monthly expense reports
  • Assist with conference bookings, print/prepare/send materials to the location, help with follow up, etc
  • Maintain and print marketing materials for the team
  • Input business cards and meeting notes into contacts and the CRM system
  • Run fundraising reports in CRM system
  • Gather background notes and biographies in advance of investor meetings
  • Support the team with ad hoc tasks.

Qualifications:

  • Previous admin experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Outlook
  • High level of professionalism
  • Must be a team player that works well under pressure within a changing environment
  • Discretion to deal with confidential business matters
  • Friendly, polite and approachable with a “can do” attitude
