Job Title: Travel Registered Nurse (Texas Assignment)

Location: Texas (Travel Required)

Job Type: Full-Time | Contract | Travel Nursing

Pay: $45–$55/hour

Requirements:

  • Active Texas RN License or Multistate Compact RN License
  • 2+ years in a hospital setting in one Specialty
  • Certifications: BLS required | ACLS (as needed per facility)

Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in patient care, with experience in Hospital care . This role requires excellent clinical skills, including proficiency in aseptic techniques and IV infusion. The Registered Nurse will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to patients, ensuring their comfort and well-being while collaborating with other healthcare professionals.

Duties

  • Assess and monitor patient health status, including vital signs and symptoms.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
  • Perform IV infusions and manage intravenous therapy for patients.
  • Implement aseptic techniques to maintain a sterile environment during procedures.
  • Provide urgent care as needed, responding promptly to patient emergencies.
  • Document patient care accurately using electronic health records systems such as Cerner.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Educate patients and their families on health management, treatment options, and preventive care.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes.

Experience :

  • Valid nursing license and certification as a Registered Nurse.
  • Minimum 2 years in one Hospital Specialty.
