The TRPN Program Coordinator serves as the primary liaison within the thirteen-county board coverage area to develop a high-quality regional network. This network is comprised of partnerships with ESC 15, Community Colleges, ISDs and employers. The TRPN Program Coordinator will coordinate and manage a Pathways Leadership Team (PTL) that works to support the Tri-Agency Workforce Initiative (Texas Workforce Commission, Texas Education Agency, Texas Higher Education Coordinating Board) by utilizing data to effectively link education, career pathways and workforce entry. The Concho Valley Workforce Development Board (CVWDB) Regional Convener is the TRPN subject matter expert and will develop a framework to implement and monitor the CVWDB strategy that will lead to effective, accessible pathways into targeted workforce occupations. This is a grant funded position not guaranteed to continue beyond February 2027.
