Job Title: Underground Utilities Project Manager

Location: Multiple

Salary Range: $80,000 - $130,000 + Benefits

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Underground Utilities Project Manager to join our team and oversee commercial and residential projects. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience managing underground utility installations, specifically focusing on water, sewer, and storm drain systems.

Responsibilities:

* Supervise and coordinate daily activities of the construction crew.
* Ensure compliance with project plans, specifications, and safety standards.
* Read and interpret blueprints and project documentation.
* Communicate effectively with project managers, subcontractors, and inspectors.
* Monitor project progress and report on timelines and budget adherence.

Requirements:

* Minimum of 5 years experience as a Foreman in wet underground utilities.
* Strong leadership and communication skills.
* Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
