Used Car Sales Manager Full-time Under the direction of the General Manager, the Used Car Sales Manager oversees all deals that run through the used sales department. • Manage the sales staff (daily tasks and overall performance)
• Motivate and Mentor the sales staff
• Appraisal of vehicles
• Give every guest the experience of a lifetime
• Monitor competitors ads and pricing
• Maintain the showroom and the lot
• Prepare commission data for sales staff daily
• Advertising management: post newspaper ads and plan/post ads for futures sales
• Maintain GM testing/training
• Review all previous day deals that were not sold and focus on closing them
