Are you a strategic procurement leader ready to drive transformation and operational excellence? An established organization is seeking a Vice President of Procurement to lead its global procurement function and partner closely with executive leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a global procurement strategy aligned with business growth and sustainability goals.
• Build and maintain strong supplier relationships, lead complex contract negotiations, and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory standards.
• Oversee procurement activities across direct materials, indirect spend, capital expenditures, and professional services.
• Drive digital transformation in procurement through automation, e-sourcing, and data analytics.
• Use analytics and ERP systems to forecast demand, optimize inventory, and manage working capital.
• Identify and implement cost-saving initiatives and value engineering projects in collaboration with R&D and operations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, or Business Administration.
• 8+ years of relevant experience, including at least 4 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Experience with international supply chains and vendor program management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; PowerBI and ERP experience

Salary Range: $150,000-$175,000
