岗位概述

支持以退货与维修为核心的日常仓库运营工作。负责产品检查、重新包装、系统录入及货物移动。需要与团队成员保持沟通，亲自动手操作，并具备良好的团队合作意识。

岗位职责

• 接收并处理退回的产品

• 检查产品状况，判断是否需要维修或重新包装

• 按公司标准更换或修复包装

• 使用手动工具及测量工具完成基础维修工作

• 操作电脑系统，录入退货及库存信息

• 测量产品并在重新入库前确认规格

• 在工作站与仓储区域之间移动货物

• 保持工作区域整洁、安全

• 及时向主管反馈问题或延误情况

任职要求

• 中文能力强者优先

• 有仓库或维修相关经验者优先，但非必须

• 能熟练使用电脑及库存系统

• 能使用基本手动工具及测量设备

• 必须合法在美国工作

Position : Warehouse Return and Repair Specialist

Office Location : Houston, TX 77066

S chedule : Full time 40 hours Mon – Fri AM shift.

Pay : $17 to $20 dollars per hour (varies with experience) + Production Bonus: Eligible for medical, dental, short-term and long-term disabilities at 60 days.

Job overview

Support daily warehouse operations focused on product returns and repairs. Handle inspection, repackaging, system updates, and movement of goods. Communicate with team members, hands on tasks, and work as team.

Job duties

• Receive and process returned products.

• Inspect goods to confirm condition and identify repair or repackaging needs.

• Replace or repair packaging according to company standards.

• Perform basic repair tasks using hand tools and measuring tools.

• Operate computer systems to log returns and inventory updates.

• Measure goods and confirm specifications before restocking.

• Move products between workstations and storage areas.

• Maintain a clean and safe work area.

• Communicate issues or delays to supervisors.

Requirements

• Chinese language skills strongly preferred.

• Warehouse or repair experience preferred but not required .

• Comfortable using computers and inventory systems.

• Able to use hand tools and measuring equipment.

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
