WAREHOUSE SUPERVISOR

QUAD is currently seeking a Warehouse Supervisor for a manufacturer located in the Hazleton, PA area.

Responsibilities:

• Driving warehouse operations safety initiatives
• Overseeing three distinct operational areas with 10-20 overall direct reports
• Assisting with company procedures and policy adherence
• Completing annual employee reviews and disciplinary actions
• Monitoring and maintaining scrap processes
• Training members on incoming and outgoing shipments verifications, materials handling, ensuring current warehouse inventory, and other operational procedures
• Coordinating warehouse activities
• Following FDA, ISO, and GMP guidelines and regulations
• Performing warehouse audits

Skills/Competencies:

• High School Diploma required, Associate’s degree is preferred
• 5+ years warehouse supervisory/managerial experience preferred
• Warehousing inventory and with line experience
• Microsoft Office and ERP systems (JD Edwards, DSI systems, SAP experience are a plus)
• Hands on leadership abilities

Additional Details:

Salary: $65-70k

Schedule: Dayshift (6am to 3pm) 5 Days

Employment Type: Direct Hire

The specific compensation for this role will be determined based on the education, experience, location and skill set of the individual selected for this position.
