Ramona Rehab is looking for WOUND CARE NURSE to join our team! We are a 5 STAR CMS Rated, skilled nursing facility and rehab dedicated to serving our patients and families. We offer an extensive orientation and training!
Schedule: WILL HAVE EVERY OTHER WEEKEND OFF
Shift Time: AM 7am-3:30pm (Flexible)
Patient Assessment : Evaluate and document the condition of wounds, including size, depth, and signs of infection.
Treatment Planning : Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with healthcare teams to promote optimal healing.
Wound Management : Perform wound care procedures, including cleaning, dressing changes, and applying appropriate treatments such as antibiotics or advanced therapies.
Patient Education : Educate patients and their families on proper wound care techniques, hygiene practices, and lifestyle modifications to support healing and prevent recurrence.
