About the Role

Zing Recruiting is seeking a Zoho CRM Administrator to support one of our growing healthcare clients.

We’re looking for a Zoho expert — someone who knows the platform inside and out and can train internal staff, improve workflows, and make the CRM run like a well-oiled machine .

This position is hybrid , but we’re open to fully remote candidates for the right person.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage and maintain the company’s Zoho CRM platform daily
  • Train staff across multiple departments on CRM functionality and best practices
  • Customize and optimize the system (fields, forms, templates, dashboards)
  • Ensure accuracy, integrity, and security of all CRM data
  • Create reports and dashboards to track key metrics and performance
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to improve CRM usage
  • Troubleshoot issues and implement solutions to enhance performance
  • Manage user roles, permissions, and system configurations

What You’ll Bring

  • Strong Zoho CRM experience — required (you’re the go-to expert, not a beginner)
  • Prior experience training others on CRM tools or processes
  • 3+ years of experience in CRM administration, operations, or systems support
  • 3+ years of healthcare operations (ABA experience preferred)
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical users
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
