Working alongside Belfast City Council, tourism stakeholders, communities and other global networks she supports Belfast on its journey to become a leading sustainable tourism and events destination. Through a Sustainable Event Framework and social initiatives such as Changing The Menu. For Good, she works with incoming conferences to make their events more sustainable and positively impact the destination. As part of her work to accelerate sustainable performance across the tourism & events industry, Jac has been responsible for supporting hotels and other tourism businesses to gain a sustainability accreditation through a partnership with Green Tourism.
