Job Title: Account Associate – Sport & Military

Duration: 5 months with possible extension

Location: Dallas, TX

Pay Rate: $45/hr on W2

About the Role

We’re looking for an Account Associate to support our Senior Account Manager and sales team in driving account growth and operational excellence. You’ll handle day-to-day tasks including order management, sample coordination, sales reporting, and cross-functional support. This is a great opportunity for someone detail-oriented, analytical, and passionate about retail and apparel.

Key Responsibilities

• Sales Support: Assist in executing sales plans and meeting account goals.
• Account Operations: Manage item setups, documentation, credit memos, and pre-line meetings.
• Order Management: Handle pre-season orders, updates, and troubleshoot delivery issues to avoid chargebacks.
• Sample Management: Oversee ordering, tagging, and distributing sales samples.
• Reporting & Analysis: Prepare weekly and seasonal sales reports to track performance.
• Cross-Team Collaboration: Build strong internal and external relationships to support account success.
• Market Awareness: Stay up to date with retail trends and competitive activity.

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or 4+ years relevant experience in retail, apparel, or CPG.
• 2+ years in sales, merchandising, or retail operations.
• Strong Excel skills (V-Lookups, Pivot Tables).
• Highly organized, proactive, and customer-focused.
• Team-oriented with solid communication skills.
