Client Overview: Our client, an advertising agency, is seeking a passionate and motivated Account Executive to join their dynamic account team on a full-time basis. If you have at least 2 years of experience in project or account management within an agency setting and are eager to make a meaningful impact, we want to hear from you!

This role is 5 days per week onsite in St Louis, Missouri.

Role Overview: Our Account Executives are more than just project managers—they are client advocates, creative collaborators, and solution seekers who drive results for both our clients and the agency. You’ll play a critical role in bringing ideas to life, ensuring projects move seamlessly from concept to completion while exceeding expectations along the way.

Account Executive Responsibilities:

• Oversee small-to-mid size projects from initiation through delivery, managing timelines, communication with clients and internal teams, and supporting all phases of the internal process.
• Assist in the development and execution of creative briefs, ensuring clarity and alignment with client objectives.
• Provide project management support by establishing timelines and tracking tasks using Monday.com or similar workflow systems.
• Develop a deep understanding of our clients’ businesses and industries to anticipate needs and add strategic value.
• Assist with budget management, including the creation of estimates and clarification of deliverables and required resources.
• Maintain accurate client status reports detailing objectives, deadlines, and budgets.
• Collaborate effectively within cross-disciplinary teams to deliver integrated solutions that achieve client goals.

Account Executive Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field required.
• Minimum2 years’ experience in project/account management within an agency environment.
• Previous experience in agriculture, pet care, or CPG industries is a plus.
• Proven organizational skills with disciplined time management abilities.
• Keen attention to detail and ability to work with diverse personalities and audiences.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver results while going above and beyond for clients.
• Capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment both independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) required.
