🚀 Join Our Team as an EMS Technician – Level II

Location: Richardson, Texas, United States

Compensation: $32 – $42 per hour

In this role, you’ll bring your strong technical knowledge and hands-on skills to projects that make buildings smarter, more efficient, and more sustainable.

You’ll work under the guidance of senior technicians and project managers, while also mentoring newer team members. This is the perfect role if you’re looking to deepen your expertise, expand your responsibilities, and play an important part in delivering high-quality solutions for our clients.

As an EMS Technician – Level II , you’ll:

• Build on your EMS Tech Level I skills while taking on advanced responsibilities.
• Install, troubleshoot, and calibrate control systems and end devices (temperature, airflow, pressure, humidity, gas).
• Interpret and work confidently with schematics, wiring diagrams, and one-line electrical drawings.
• Address and configure ALC routers and modules, perform graphic adjustments, and optimize PID controls.
• Assist with commissioning processes, inspections, and presenting systems to clients.
• Support system integration (BACnet, Modbus, MSTP) and third-party interface setups.
• Help lead and mentor other technicians while handling multiple projects simultaneously.

• Solid base of knowledge in the energy management / building automation industry .
• Strong troubleshooting abilities for wiring, networks, and equipment.
• Familiarity with AHUs, FCUs, VAVs, ERUs, and central plant equipment.
• Ability to perform system startups, fan commissioning, and assist with mission-critical projects.
• Clear communication skills and a team-player attitude.
• Motivation to grow into a leadership role over time.
