The PUSH Agency is the nation's largest promotional staffing agency and we are experiencing record growth in 2025! This opening is for a remote position with the preferred candidate to be based in the Bentonville, Arkansas area.

Booking Agents work in a FUN, fast-paced environment and harness the power of our cutting-edge technology. The basic responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to, the following:

-Working with your assigned customers to select the very best promotional staff for each assignment. Examples of assignments we staff include tradeshows, conventions, in-store retail sampling events, sporting events, experiential marketing campaigns, special events, and more!

-The recruiting, enrolling, and training of the promotional staff over the phone, over email, and occasionally in person.

-The booking and management of the chosen promotional staff for assignments nationwide.

-The evaluation/recording/processing of all promotional staff after completion of each assignment.

-Building lasting relationships with clients and talent.

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree or Higher Strongly Preferred

Ideally 2-5+ Years Customer Service, Marketing, Communications

Retail Demo or Event Staffing Experience is a big plus!

Excellent Communication Skills, Organization, and Impeccable Attention to Detail

Proficiency w/ Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel

Ability to Communicate Effectively over Phone and Email

Reliable, Determined, and Self-Motivated

Open Availability is required, as standard office hours are M-F from 8am to 5pm but job responsibilities do require follow up outside office hours. This position pays competitively commensurate with experience.
