Job Title: Business Administrator I

Job description:
- they are really looking for a long term fit for the team. so if someone comes in and does a great job, the will absolutely hire them.
-Will be doing some Math but do not need a finance person.
There is just a task that involved tracking some per diem
-Tracking projects and jobs working on and tracking the cost of those jobs, materials that are bought, hours and PO's that go to the job.
-Able to organize and upload things to each job.
-those who are multi taskers and worn many hats in an office setting
-Oracle exp would be helpful
-An admin from a manufacturing environment would be great.
-answering phones, process oriented, attention to detail
-someone from an operations background
Do not want to see:
-this is not just a front desk/secretary job
-call center candidates
-those with JUST a Finance background or degree
-someone with just shipping experience
