**CTG is seeking to fill a Business Systems Analyst or an UKG/Kronos Consultant/Sys Admin opening for our client.** **Location:** Remote **Duration:** 15+ months **Duties:** + Serve as UKG/Kronos Systems Administrator, ensuring system availability and reliability. + Provide technical support for Lawson and Workday platforms. + Manage integrations and coordinate with vendors for third-party applications. + Collaborate with business units to design, implement, and support system enhancements. + Lead small-scale projects and initiatives to improve business system operations. + Act as a technical analyst to ensure system performance, security, and continuity. **Skills:** + Proficiency in UKG/Kronos administration. + Strong technical, analytical, and problem-solving abilities. + Excellent communication and collaboration skills. + Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. **Experience:** + 5+ years of experience with UKG/Kronos and ERP platforms (Lawson, Workday). + Hands-on experience with vendor management, system troubleshooting, and integrations. + Proven track record of supporting business systems and ERP applications. **Education:** + Bachelor's Degree required. Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required. The expected base salary for this position ranges from $110,000 to $130,000. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained.
