Job Description

As a Buyer you'll manage purchasing across a variety of categories while ensuring quality, competitive pricing, and inventory efficiency across global markets. You’ll work closely with manufacturing partners and collaborate with product development, logistics, and sales teams to ensure seamless procurement processes and data accuracy.

Responsibilities

  • Manage purchasing based on bi-annual forecasts and distribution schedules
  • Analyze inventory and sales trends to inform purchasing decisions
  • Communicate with local and international suppliers—negotiating pricing and maintaining production standards
  • Maintain accurate item catalogs across ERP systems and warehouse documentation
  • Recommend product lifecycle actions (continue, discontinue, expand) based on performance

Qualifications

  • 3+ years in buying, planning, or procurement
  • Strong experience managing suppliers—especially international
  • Proficiency in ERP systems and Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables)
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and communication skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field

Salary Range: $70,000-$80,000
