Job Title: Certified Dental Assistant

Pay Rate: $28/hr
Job SummaryWe are seeking a Certified Dental Assistant to support the clinical team by delivering high-quality patient care and ensuring smooth dental office operations. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team-based environment. The position offers opportunities to grow professionally while contributing to patient satisfaction and clinical excellence.
ResponsibilitiesPrepare treatment rooms for patients by following established protocols.
Greet, comfort, seat, and prepare patients for dental treatment.
Assist the dentist during procedures by passing instruments, suctioning, and positioning tools for easy access.
Select, mix, and place dental materials as directed.
Take and develop radiographs; pour, trim, and polish study casts.
Fabricate temporary restorations, clean, and polish removable appliances.
Maintain readiness for dental/medical emergencies, including CPR certification and emergency supplies.
Provide patient education regarding oral hygiene, plaque control, and postoperative care.
Document dental care services in patient records accurately and confidentially.
Follow infection-control protocols and maintain a clean, safe, and hygienic environment.
Conserve resources by using dental equipment and supplies efficiently.
Maintain professional development by attending training, reviewing publications, and engaging in professional activities.
Contribute to team efforts by supporting colleagues and completing other duties as assigned.
Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience as a Dental Assistant.
Completion of an accredited Dental Assistant training program (required).
Required:
Valid X-ray license .
BLS certification .
Preferred:
Coronal Polishing certification .
Nitrous Oxide certification .
