Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage the annual budget, ensuring financial targets are met and profitability is maximized.
  • Analyze financial statements, key performance indicators, and operations metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Drive revenue growth through effective pricing strategies, cost control measures, and innovative revenue streams.
  • Build and lead a high-performing executive team, fostering a collaborative and results-driven culture.
  • Provide guidance, mentorship, and support to the leadership team, empowering them to excel in their roles.

Qualifications:

  • 20+ years of progressive career growth
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in the hospitality industry preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop strong relationships and manage high-performing collaborative teams within a positive and trusting work environment.
  • Exceptional strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • Strong communication skills across leadership, employees, community and investors.
  • History of professional networking throughout the community and industry.
