Title - Quality Improvement Specialist (HEDIS)
Duration - 6 months
Shift - Standard 8-hour workday,8am start between 4:30 or 5 pm end with 0.5-1hr lunch (Flexibility with prior approval)
Location - Remote OH
These positions join a team comprised of 1 manager, 1 program manager, 11 abstractors and over readers, and 1 auditor, with a primary goal if identifying services to close quality measure gaps. This assignment is to support the existing team in constructing and managing Q4 initiatives to improve performance and to carry out the annual HEDIS hybrid chart chase project.
Day to Day work
This role is remote in Ohio, including a standard 8-hour workday starting at 8am EST and ending between 4:30-5:00pm EST depending on a 0.5-1-hour lunch break. Regular communication and collaboration with permanent staff on a scheduled and ad-hoc basis will be required. Comfortability with outbound phone calls is required for this role.
