$75,000.00 to $125,000.00 annually

Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Commercial Roofing Project Manager to oversee multiple projects from pre-construction through closeout. This role requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and a proven ability to deliver projects on time and within budget. Prior commercial roofing experience is required.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage project schedules, phasing plans, and purchase orders
Track and control job costs through ECAC and WIP reviews
Coordinate manpower and subcontractors across assigned projects
Perform plan and specification takeoffs for new and reroof projects
Maintain consistent communication with clients and internal teams regarding schedules and progress
Ensure quality control, safety compliance, and proper inventory management
Participate in pre-job and pre-construction meetings; complete project closeout documentation
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business
Requirements
Minimum of 5 years of commercial roofing experience
Demonstrated project management and estimating experience within commercial roofing or a related industry
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with project management software preferred
Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills
Ability to climb ladders and work on job sites as needed
Valid driver’s license with an insurable driving record
