They're now building the next chapter of growth by expanding their direct brand relationships and scaling our outbound sales efforts.
The Role
They are seeking a driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help them identify, engage, and qualify new business opportunities with leading brands and agencies. As an SDR, you’ll be the first point of contact for prospective clients — sparking conversations, setting meetings, and fueling our sales pipeline.
This role is perfect for someone who is:
● Hungry to break into sales and grow into an Account Executive role.
● Excited by the intersection of marketing, technology, and creativity .
● Ready to hustle in outbound sales but also curious enough to speak intelligently about consumer engagement trends.
Responsibilities:
● Research and build target prospect lists within key verticals ( Auto, Insurance, CPG/Retail, Sports/Entertainment ).
● Execute high-volume, multi-channel outreach (calls, emails, LinkedIn) to decision-makers in marketing, sponsorship, and experiential roles.
● Clearly communicate the value proposition and tailor messaging to the prospect’s vertical.
● Qualify leads and set high-quality meetings for Account Executives and leadership.
● Track all activities, conversations, and opportunities in the CRM (HubSpot/Salesforce).
● Collaborate with sales and marketing leadership to refine outreach sequences, messaging, and campaigns.
● Stay on top of industry trends in AI, AR, gamification, and experiential marketing to spark relevant conversations.
Qualifications:
● 1–2 years of experience in sales, business development, or a client-facing marketing role (internships or agency experience welcome).
● Strong communication skills — written, verbal, and presentation.
● Comfortable with high-volume outreach and handling objections.
● Curiosity and adaptability — ability to learn our products quickly and translate them into client value.
● Experience with CRM and sales tools (HubSpot/Salesforce, Salesloft/Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator) a plus.
● Interest in marketing tech, experiential activations, or sponsorships a strong plus.
