Job Description:

We are currently seeking a hands-on Repair Technician with solid experience in

small parts repair and electrical/electronic assembly. The ideal candidate will have a

background in repairing devices such as cell phones, computers, or automotive

components, and must be comfortable discussing and demonstrating their technical

repair skills during the interview process.

Key Responsibilities:

 Perform repairs on a variety of small electronic or mechanical components.

 Conduct disassembly, troubleshooting, and reassembly of products.

 Work with fine tools and precision instruments to replace or fix defective parts.

 Follow repair procedures, schematics, and technical manuals accurately.

 Maintain quality and documentation standards as required.

 Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet repair and production goals.

Requirements:

 Prior hands-on experience in repair work (e.g., cell phone repair, computer

hardware repair, small electronics, auto parts, or similar).

 Experience in electrical assembly or component-level repair is highly

desirable.

 Ability to confidently discuss past repair projects and processes.

 Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.

 Ability to work independently or as part of a team.

 High School diploma or equivalent required; technical certification a plus.
