A well established South Florida construction firm is seeking an experienced Superintendent to oversee school construction and renovation projects in the Miami area. This role requires a detail-oriented leader who can manage complex educational builds while ensuring safety, quality, and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct and supervise all on-site construction activities for K-12 school projects.
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and field teams to maintain efficient workflow.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and project specifications.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, proactively addressing delays or conflicts.
• Serve as the primary on-site liaison for owners, architects, and project managers.
• Implement strict quality-control measures to meet educational facility standards.

Qualifications:

• 7+ years of experience in commercial construction, with at least 3 years in a superintendent role .
• Proven track record managing school construction or similar institutional projects .
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, scheduling, and safety compliance.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
