- You’re highly detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently with integrity while still thriving in a collaborative team setting.
- You have a basic understanding of metadata, tagging, and digital file formats, and you can manage tasks with excellent time management skills.
- You’re a strong communicator who can coordinate effectively with colleagues to ensure smooth workflows and consistent quality.
- Bonus points if you’re familiar with MUX or similar digital asset management platforms!

- Ensure all assets meet established guidelines for accuracy, quality, and compliance
- Maintain and update metadata, tagging, and file formats consistently
- Organize and track assets to ensure efficient retrieval and usage
- Collaborate with team members to meet deadlines and operational goals
- Adapt to evolving workflows and process improvements
