The YMCA of Northern Colorado is seeking a Customer Relations Specialist to welcome our members, answer questions, give tours, and help individuals and families understand and access Y offerings.
Position is part-time 10-15 hours per week, year-round. This is a flexible role that can fit a new retiree, as well as someone just starting in the workforce or seeking a second job. We are looking for weekend and Tuesday evening coverage with a chance of additional shift coverage during the week.
Salary starts at $15.57 per hour. In addition, we offer a +10% differential for staff who work the opening shift and another +10% differential for bilingual staff who test as fluent in Spanish and English.
