This is a full-time, on-site position for a Design Studio Coordinator located in Collierville, TN. In this role, you will assist clients in navigating the design selections process by providing excellent customer service and ensuring a seamless and positive experience. You will coordinate appointments, organize and maintain design studio inventory, communicate with vendors and the sales team, and assist in executing various design-related tasks. Additionally, you will contribute to maintaining a professional and welcoming studio environment for clients.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with clients, vendors, and team members
• Customer service skills to provide an exceptional experience during the design process
• Sales and marketing knowledge to assist with promoting design selections and products
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in basic office software tools and ability to quickly learn relevant design-related software
• Prior experience in design, interior styles, or home construction is a plus
• Passionate about creating beautiful, functional living spaces
