Digital Project Manager, Automotive, Warren MI

We’re hiring a Retail Analytics Program Lead to join our Tier One Automotive Client's Dealer Digital Solution (DDS) team. As the primary liaison between DDS and our analytics agency partner, you’ll drive the development and optimization of tools like the DDS Analytics Dashboard and Customer Data Platform (CDP). You’ll also lead cross-functional collaboration, ensure data integrity, and deliver insights that fuel smarter decision-making across the organization.

Schedule: Hybrid – Tu/Wed/Thu onsite

Pay: $55-60/hr with Benefits

What You’ll Do

• Own the relationship with our analytics agency partner and oversee vendor collaboration.
• Lead cross-functional project planning, roadmap development, and feature prioritization.
• Ensure data integrity, dashboard performance, and compliance with privacy standards.
• Define success metrics and MVP criteria in partnership with Product Managers.
• Drive insights that enhance dealer consulting and training opportunities.
• Manage tools like the DDS Analytics Dashboard, CDP, Website Scraper, and more.
• Present performance updates to stakeholders and lead pilot programs.
• Support DPE tasks, audits, and process documentation with the Operations Manager.

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or related field.
• 4+ years in digital product management or similar roles.
• Strong project management and communication skills.
• Experience with automotive retail tools (e.g., Dealer.com, Gubagoo, Reputation.com).
• Solid understanding of digital advertising (SEM, Display, Social, Video, CTV).
• Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, v-lookups) and PowerPoint.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail and comfort with complex datasets.
• Familiarity with CDPs, data governance, and vendor ecosystems is a plus.
