Director of Sales & Marketing

About the Role

We're seeking an experienced Director of Sales & Marketing to lead our growth initiatives and strengthen our brand presence. This executive role offers the opportunity to drive strategic vision while building a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute comprehensive sales and marketing strategies aligned with business objectives
Lead and mentor sales and marketing teams, fostering a collaborative, high-performance culture
Drive revenue growth through effective sales strategies and targeted marketing campaigns
Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive dynamics
Manage budgets and track KPIs to optimize performance
Build strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
Oversee digital marketing initiatives including SEO, social media, and online advertising
Handle all supervisory duties of 2-3 direct reports: hiring, training, performance management, and team development

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience) is required
7+ years of leadership experience in sales and/or marketing is required
Experience in industrial manufacturing is required
Proven track record of driving revenue and building brand presence
Strong leadership and team-building skills
Proficiency in digital marketing tools and analytics
Knowledge of industry regulations and safety standards
