Masis Staffing Solutions is seeking a Dispatcher/Routing Coordinator in Everett MA. Position is 2nd shift and temp to perm. Client is in the food/produce business.

Hourly Pay: Up to $29.00 per hour

Schedule: 2nd SHIFT - 4pm to 11pm

Position Type: Temp to perm and bilingual English/Spanish is preferred

Dispatcher Duties and Responsibilities :

• Receive and process service requests, ensuring timely and accurate dispatching of personnel or deliveries.
• Utilize communication systems (phone, radio, computer) to coordinate operations.
• Monitor and track the status of dispatched units or deliveries, updating records as necessary.
• Maintain detailed logs of calls, dispatches, and other relevant information.
• Communicate effectively with team members, customers, and external partners to ensure smooth operations.
• Respond promptly and appropriately to emergency situations or unexpected issues.

Dispatcher Qualifications:

• Prior experience in dispatch and route coordination
• Bilingual English/Spanish or Conversational Spanish preferred
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
• Proficiency with computer systems and dispatching software.
• Familiarity with local geography and routes (especially beneficial for delivery-related dispatch roles).
• Previous experience in a dispatching or logistics role is often preferred.
