Job Description

Our growing law firm is looking to hire a family attorney who is fiercely passionate about representing clients facing one of the most challenging times in their lives. Candidates should be adept at preparing necessary legal documents in connection with prenuptial agreements, initiating and finalizing divorces, alimony, child support/child custody, and real estate. Experience in handling legal issues such as child abuse, child custody, and domestic violence is also a must. If you have a proven record of success both in and out of court, apply now! $93,891 - $109,432 yearly

Responsibilities:

• Draft pleadings, motions, contracts, marital settlement agreements, judgements, and orders for a high volume of cases
• Organize and maintain client files to ensure they are kept current
• Assist clients effectively by understanding their needs analyzing the situation then strategizing and deciding on a proper course of action
• Collaborate with senior partners and paralegals to effectively move files through the civil litigation process
• Attend court proceedings as needed to represent clients

Qualifications:

• Licensed  Massachusetts Family Law Attorney with 2+ years of hands-on experience in divorce and family law
• Strong courtroom presence with proven  litigation and negotiation skills
• Ability to  independently manage cases from intake through final judgment
• Confident communicator who can counsel clients effectively under pressure
• Organized, reliable, and committed to providing strategic and compassionate representation

Bonus Points If You:

• Experience handling  real estate issues within divorce matters (marital home division, buyouts, etc.)
• Familiarity with  Clio, Lawmatics, and Microsoft Office Suite
• New Hampshire bar license
• Comfortable with tech and remote collaboration tools
• A referral network or book of business
